This wine is produced from a blend of Termarina, Zibibbo and Malvasia grapes probably brought here by Crusaders returning from the Holy Land.
For centuries it was produced near the three Churches of the village, vinified and used during Mass for its characteristics as a syrupy wine, a little sugary with slight acidity and densely perfumed.
