This was taken from pork cheeks. It has veins of lean meat and as it matures the fat becomes rosy. It is sublime thinly sliced on warm bread and is a versatile ingredient for home cooking.

It is produced without nitrates, sugar, flour or any other additive or stabilising agent.

  • Only from black pigs bred on our farm between 230 and 280 kg
  • Ingredients: hog jowl, sea salt, pepper, bay leaves
  • Maturing: 3 months
  • Weight: between 700 gm and 2 kg
  • Sales: whole, cleaned and prepared and vacuum packed with bay leaves.
